This study is to examine the concrete suggestions for vitalization of Triathlon market and material development of its association by establishing the differentiated marketing strategy in focusing on identification of timely request of Triathlon which is recently popularized in the USA including other countries.We adopted the open questionnaires prescribed for understanding general idea and feeling including consciousness about operation of the related association with the subjects of 50 persons working in relation to it for 10 days from April 1 to 11, 2004 in order to search for the popularization measures of Triathlon.First, in the analysis of motivation of participating in Triathlon, the first one was the challenge and health factors and the second one was hobby (liking sports) and satisfaction (achievement) after completion.Second, Triathlon requiring daily exercise gives youngstudents the educative effect of changing daily life of regularity for young students and fostering basic spirit of extreme patience and voluntary will. And it as future-oriented event is the positive answer for bright tomorrow to be worldwide elite athlete and leaders in sports. Third, in 4P element analysis against the impediments to popularization of Triathlon to the subjects of related persons (Association, clubs, leaders and elite athletes), 54.4% of total respondents indicated it as product, 32% as promotion, 7% as price and 5.8% as place.
