This study is designed to examine the relationships among control systems, relationship quality between managers and employees (satisfaction with and trust in managers), and organizational commitment in hotel context. The findings of this study suggest that (1) output rewards, activity rewards, capacityinformation, and capacity rewards are powerful predictors of satisfaction with a manager; (2) satisfaction with a manager significantly influences trust in a manager; and (3) relationship quality between managers and employees has a significant effect on organizational commitment of employees.
