This study has testified pragmatically the influence of career plateau perceived by the employees of hotel business on their work attitudes(organizational commitment, turnover intention). For this we have surveyed 204 employees working in the first grade hotels in Seoul, Daegu, Gyeongju and got the result of analysis as following. First, it was revealed that the higher structural plateau perceived by the hotel employees has a negative influence on their organizational commitment. Second, it was revealed that the higher content plateau perceived by the hotel employees has a negative influence on their organizational commitment. Third, different from our negative expectation, the higher structural plateau perceived by the hotel employees has no influence on their turnover intention. Fourth, it was revealed that the higher content plateau perceived by the hotel employees has a positive influence on their turnover intention. Fifth, the organizational commitment perceived by the hotel employees has a positive influence on their turnover intention.
