This study tries to consider the various factors that affect the cross-cultureadjustment of expatriate managers, and then to analyze how they directly orindirectly act on the cross-culture adjustment of expatriate managers inKorean-owned enterprises in Qingdao, and furthermore to reveal what are thestructural mechanisms that work on it.The cross-cultural adjustment has complex and multi-dimensionalcharacteristics, and simultaneously arises in different areas; for example, workdomain, community and daily life. So this study investigates the core factors inthree areas respectively. The important factors are as follows; familysupport,career development opportunity, attitude to personal network, corporatesupport, cultural distance, work characteristics, a single/a family accompanied,length of stay and collective residential district etc..
