The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of Finnish principals‘education program. And It is also the goal to get the hints for developing Korean principals’ education program from this study.The findings are as followings: Firstly, Finnish principals‘ education program is based on practices of principal's real life. Secondary, it is important to harmonize between theory and practice in Finnish principals' education program. Thirdly,collective and cooperative methods are main methodology in Finnish principals'education program. Fourthly, the internalization is also main direction of Finnish principals' education program. Finally, Finnish principals' education program is based on the research-based orientation.I can get the some hits for developing Korean principals' education program from this study. Firstly, we have to pursuit the harmonization between theory and practice in principals' education program. Secondary, we should develop the team leadership in principals' education program. Thirdly, we have to make the cooperative relationship between related institutes in education program for principals. Fourthly, we should emphasize the capacity of ICT in principals'education program. Finally, we have to make the internationalized principals'education program.
