The weight of service industry in Korea is at a relatively lower level in comparison to advanced countries. However, this weight is gradually increasing and diverse range of service industries are being nurtured in order to promote progress in the domestic service industry.The domestic service industry has been progressing with focus on service industries with relatively lower productivity and entry barrier in comparison to the high value added industries of advanced countries.This Study, in order to analyze the factors for success in franchise business, distributed 321 copies of questionnaires and, of these, 297copies with the exception of 24 copies with insincere responses, were used in analysis of exploratory factors by using SPSS 18 and in analysis of confirmative factors by using AMOS 18.The results of the Study illustrated that support from the headquarters, supervisor, marketing activities aimed at accomplishing successful management of franchise imports significant effect on factors for customer satisfaction and sales performances.
