The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of career exploration mentoring program of ecological systemic perspective on career maturity and school-life adaptation for the children from multi-cultural family. The subjects of this study, 32 multi-cultural children from 2 elementary schools located in Dongducheon city and Namyangju city, were evenly assigned into two groups: experimental group and comparative group, each group was composed of 16 children. The results of this study were as follows; First, the experimental group that attended career exploration mentoring program of ecological systemic perspective showed meaningful progress in the field of overall career maturity and its subarea: planningquality, self-knowledge and independence. Second, the group attended the career exploration mentoring program of ecological systemic perspective showed meaningful decrease in the field of overall school life maladjustment and its subarea, maladjustment to teachers and friends. in addition, the study collected qualitative data in order to supplement the limitations of quantitative research. we could have drawn a conclusion, which career exploration mentoring program of ecological systemic perspective has positively affected in career maturity and school-life adaptation for the children from multi-cultural family. These results prove that providing career exploration mentoring program of ecological systemic perspective can substantially help the children from multi-cultural family to not only search and prepare for their career but also adapt to school life.
