Purpose: In this study, we investigated the effect of correlated color temperature and illuminance of lighting on change of the stereopsis. Methods: We measured the stereoacuity for 29 persons when the light illuminance(100lux, 500lux, 1,000lux) and the correlated color temperature(3,000K, 5,600K, 7,500K, 11,000K) were changed. We used RANDOT stereotest to measure stereopsis.Result: Stereoacuity improved as illumination increased 100 to 500lux and declined on 3,000K, which was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion: This result showed that stereopsis varied depending on correlated color temperature and illuminance of lighting. The results of present study provide good basic data for beneficial lighting conditions.
