In 2014, Korea-China-Japan, these three countries launched East Asian Cultural Cities. This is the first time when the three countries gave a title called “Something city of East Asia” to their cities and started cultural exchanges together. This paper looks into how the Internet users appreciate these East Asian Cultural Cities and the international exchanges between cities in East Asia by using network analysis. Before doing this, this paper contemplates the intercity exchanges among Korea, China, and Japan. Then network analysis was carried out between 45 keywords related to exchanges in East Asia and appeared in the literature research process by using the Naver's open API-based software called “WeboNaver”. The result of this analysis is that the exchanges among Korea, China, and Japan are recognized centering around the capitals of Seoul, Beijing and Tokyo by the Internet users. On the Internet, people are unlikely to talk about East Asian Cultural Cities which are not the capitals but small and medium-sized cities so much yet.
