In recent years, Korea has been starting a new business. The government of the Republic of Korea emphasizes the 'creative economy'. Revitalize new markets, and create new business growth. Young people are trying to recognize entrepreneurship. But the unemployment rate is steadily increasing. In 2017, the Korean youth unemployment rate reached 11.2%. The government strives to reduce the unemployment rate through steady start-ups. The results are below expectations. Funds for start-ups invested annually are increasing exponentially.However, start-up is limited and there is no continuity. What is the plan to activate young entrepreneurs in terms of design? This study examines the characteristics of entrepreneurship and examines the importance of design communication.Learn about education for entrepreneurship spirit both at home and abroad. Especially, I will focus on the case of 'DIG-8'. The program was designed by Northwestern University and local design firms and Purdue University design professors for local middle school students. For the analysis of the study, I compare the present situation of domestic entrepreneurship education with the case of overseas. This research looks for improvements in terms of design. And Korean model is presented.Based on this, it will be used as a basic data on the role of design communication in the spirit of entrepreneurship in Korea in the future.
