The purpose of this study is to propose that personality education is needed to provide an opportunity to experience positive emotions by accepting positive psychological activities for effective school violence prevention, and to enhance personal strengths and positive institutions. In particular, in an effort to prevent school violence, this study proposes a personality education approach to both victims and offenders as well as victims. For this, we want to examine what characteristics of psychological factors of an individual are and what psychological factors interfere with school violence. In addition, it suggests that if we control the surrounding institutions that cause violent behavior, that is, domestic factors and school environment factors, through positive institutionalization, it can help to prevent school violence. In addition, the psychological health dimension, positive emotional education, mindfulness meditation, social emotional learning, and resilience education will be combined.
