원소 성분비는 Humin이 C_(1.00)H_(1.52)O_(0.79)N_(0.01)로서 HA C_(1.00)H_(1.09)O_(0.51)N_(0.02), FAC_(1.00)H_(1.08)O_(0.65)N_(0.01)에 비하여 H/C와 (N+O)/C 비가 상대적으로 더 높았다.

In this study, peat humid substandes(heumin, hey, FA) were isolated from Canadian Sphagnum peat moss and characterized by using chemical and spectroscopy method. Those results are compared with one another and with soil humid substances from literature's. Adsorption of Cu(II), Cd(II) and Pub (II) on human fractions, which is insoluble in water under all phi conditions was also investigated an various experimental conditions (reaction time, phe, concentration etc.) to present basic data needed to evaluate the applicability of p-heumin to environmental absorbents. The result of HS Characterization, The relative proportions of heumin, HA and FA in the peat moss was 76%, 18%, and 3%, respectively, based on the total organic matter content (957 ± 32 g/kg). Elemental composition of heumin were found to be C_(1.00)H_(1.52)O_(0.79)N_(0.01) and had higher H/C and (N+O)/C ratio compared to those of HA(C_(1.00)H_(1.09)O_(0.51)N_(0.02)) and FA(C_(1.00)H_(1.08)O_(0.65)N_(0.01)). Based on the analysis of pH titration data, there are two different types of acidic functional groups in the peat moss and its humid fractions and their proton exchange dapadataes(PEC, meq/g) were in the order FA(4.91) > HA(4.09) > Humin(2.38). IR spectroscopic results showed that the functionality's of the peat mess humid molecules are similar to these of soil humid substances, and carboxylic adid(-COOH) is main function group providing metal binding sates for Cd(II) sorption. Spectral features obtained from ^(13)C-NMR indicated that peat mess humic Medullas have rather lower degree of humification, and that important structural differences exist between Humin and soluble humic fractions(HA and FA). In the adsorption study, Tame-dependent experiments showed that the binding of the metal ions was very raped ( Cu(0.219) > Cd(0.148) and H-man bead were Pb(0.888) > Cu(0.885). Adsorption affanity(k_(f), mg/g) for Humin were Pb(0.233) > Cu(0.214) > Cd(0.142) and Hmin bead were Cu(0.923) > Pb(0.902). Alginate-immobilized Humin bead showed a high capacity and strong affinity for the removal of metal ions. Column kinetics for metal removal were described by the Thomas model. For single-component metal solutions, the metal removal capacity's of the Humin for Pb, Cu and Cd were 138.8, 44.66 and 41.61 mg/g, respectively. The competitive adsorption for a multi-domponent metal solution was found to be Pub >> Cu > Cd. The adsorbed metal ions were easily deserved from the Humin with 0.05 N HNO_(3) solution. It is apparent that 95 % of the heavy metal ions were recovered from the saturated column. Average binding capacity of Cu(II) for Alginate-immobilized humin bead which were prepared in this study was 60.34 mg/g. It is apparent that 100% of the Cu was recovered from the three cycles. The binding capacity and the repeated usability of the alginate humin bead have indicate that this biosorbent has a higher potential for the treatment of metal contaminated wastewater. Our results provided valuable information about characteristics of peat humin and interactions with heavy metal ions and suggested its practical applications for the removals of hazardous heavy metal ions from contaminated water supplies as an environmental-friendly and cost-effective bio-sorbent
