Despite the drastic development of science and medicines, the number of children with growth disabilities is increasing, and the number of students with learning disabilities is also on a steady rise. Studies on learning disabilities first began in the 1960s, and with promulgation of the Special Education Promotion Act in 1994, therapeutic education of learning disability students began to gain much attention. Learning disabilities are different from mere low academic performance of school subjects; they include not only the decline in specific learning capabilities due to problems in cognition, memory, specific recognition functions or psychological stability, but also mental, psychological and aggressive behavioral problems. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze elements affecting anxieties/worries and aggressive behaviors of students with learning disabilities between grades 5-6 in elementary school and year 3 in middle school, in order to help them have better school life and also better social life. The following study questions were posed for this study. First, what are the variables affecting anxieties/worries of students with no learning disabilities, and what are the variables affecting their aggressive behaviors? Second, what are the variables affecting anxieties/worries of students with learning disabilities, and what are the variables affecting their aggressive behaviors? Third, how are anxieties/worries and aggressive behaviors of students with learning disabilities expressed according to different individual psychological environments and learning achievements. The study findings are as follows. First, as for the variables affecting anxieties/worries of students with no learning disabilities, students with anxieties/worries were found to use the Internet often, have siblings, have working mothers, have experienced forceful upbringing, have been caned by parents, or have thought of dying. Second, as for the variables affecting anxieties/worries of students with learning disabilities, students with anxieties/worries were found to use the Internet for at least one hour a day, stay with single mothers or grandparents, have at least one sibling, have experienced forceful upbringing, have working mothers, or have thought of dying. As for variables affecting aggressive behaviors for the both groups, students with at least one siblings were found to have slightly high tendency for aggressive behaviors, and students with working mothers, students who have been caned by parents within the past one month, and students with no religion were found to have quite high tendency for aggressive behaviors. In this study, it was found that students with learning disabilities were in inferior individual environments and psychological states and also had higher tendency for anxieties/worries and aggressive behaviors as compared to students with no learning disabilities. This can be interpreted as results of them having relatively stronger sense of failure from their low learning achievement, and of them receiving more rebukes than compliments from those around them.
