The aim of this study was to examine physiological change of industrial employees by regular exercise program, such as the maximum oxygen intake and blood lipid profile and body composition of the industrialworkers of the company. They had done regular physical activities such as stretching exercises for 10 minutes, aerobic exercise for 30 minutes, and weight training for 20 minutes at the intensity of VO_(2)max 60% more than three times a week for 6weeks and 12weeks in order to develop cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. It measured and compared blood lipid profile such as total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and the cardiopulmonary functions such as the maximum oxygen intake and body composition such as body weight, body fat, body mass index, waist hip ratio of which result was follow. First, total cholesterol, GPT and r-GPT were reduced but TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were not changed by exercise. Second, body weight, body fat, body mass index and waist hip ratio were improved. Third, the cardiopulmonary functions such as the maximum oxygen intake and total exercise time were improved after 12 weeks exercise. The results of 12 weeks regular exercise showed that blood lipid levels, maximum oxygen intake were changed but TG, HDL-C, LDL-C were not changed. Further studies are required to investigate the effects of repetitive training and detraining of company's workers.
