본 연구는 자가골 대체 골이식재로서 Bio-ossⓇ, Osteon™+PRP, MBCP+PRP 이식하여 골형성 능력을 알아보고자한 실험으로 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 1. Osteon™+PRP 이식골 군에서만 염증세포 침윤이 관찰되어 조직 적합성이 가장 좋지 않았으며 신생 골형성유도가 거의 없었다. 2. Bio-OssⓇ 와 MBCP+PRP와 PRP 군은 염증 등의 이물반응을 보이지 않았고 조직 적합성에서 우수하였다. 3. MBCP+PRP 이식군이 가장 우수한 신생골 형성 및 골개조를 보였다. 이상과 같은 소견으로 MBCP+PRP 이식군이 우골이식군보다 신생골형성 및 골개조가 우수하여 임상적으로 골이식서 사용시 효율적일 것으로 사료된다.

Evaluation of Bone Regeneration of Bone Graft Materials in Rabbits: Microscopic Study of Bio-OssⓇ,OSTEON™,MBCP Hyeong-Un Kim D.D.S Department of Graduated School of Clinical Dentistry,Korea University (Director:Professor Gyu-Won Seo, D.D.S, M.S.D.,Ph.D.) In the present in vivo study, we evaluated the bone response capacity of bone graft material, Bio-OssⓇ, OSTEON™+PRP, MBCP+PRP using rabbits as an animal model. The study was performed in a group of 10 adult New Zealand white rabbits using the bone conduction model. Two holes were made with round carbide bur to promote bleeding and blood clot formation for graft site on each calvaria, before graft materials were replaced. After a healing time of 8weeks, the rabbits were sacrificed and evaluated histologically. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The infiltration of inflammatory cell was observed only in the Osteon™+PRP graft group which means this group was the worst in tissue biocompatibility without occurring any new induction of osteogenesis. 2. Bio-OssⓇ and MBCP+PRP groups didn''t show foreign body reaction such as inflammation etc, and were very good in tissue biocompatibility. 3.
