This study used 3,597 measured records of milking cow which calved between 2006 and 2007 to estimate influence, which milking interval of milk cattle had on milk yield and milk components, and lactation curve, treated milking interval, calving year, calving season, sampling season, lactation stage, and parity as fixed effect to evaluate the ability of milking cow, then conducted analysis of covariance with including days in milk as covariance, and estimated a lactation curve and parameter by each model with using the actual average daily milk yield. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. As the result of test of significance on each trait, high degree of significance was authorized in most of traits, and for the mean ability of each trait, the average daily milk yield per day, fat percentage, protein percentage, lactose percentage, SNF(solid not fat) percentage, and SCS(Somatic cell score) were 33.78㎏, 3.03%, 3.15%, 4.65%, 8.61%, and 3.41 respectively. For coefficient of variation, lactose percentage and SNF percentage were the most stable, and variation of SCS was the greatest. 2. It indicated that the average daily milk yield by milking interval was 33.61㎏ when milking with interval of 11 hours by day_13 hours by night, 33.42㎏ when milking with interval of 12 hours by day_12 hours by night, and 34.31㎏ when milking with interval of 13 hours by day_11 hours by night respectively. 3. Effects of milking interval had influence significantly on all of investigated traits, except SCS, milk yield was higher significantly in milking interval of 13 hours by day_11 hours by night than any other intervals, fat percentage and SNF percentage were significantly lower in milking interval of 12 hours by day_12 hours by night, and lactose percentage was significantly higher in milking interval of 11 hours by day_13 hours by night. 4. Effects of calving year had significant influence on all of investigated traits, milk yield and fat percentage were significantly higher in 2007, and protein percentage, lactose percentage, SNF percentage, and SCS were higher in 2006. 5. Effects of calving season had significant influence on all of investigated traits, milk yield was the highest in Autumn, and the lowest in Spring. Fat percentage was the highest in Summer and Autumn, and the lowest in Spring and Winter. SCS was significantly higher in Summer and Winter than Spring and Autumn. 6. Effects of sampling season had significant influence on all of investigated traits, and milk yield was significantly higher in Spring than Summer and Winter. Fat percentage and SCS was higher in Summer, protein percentage and SNF percentage was higher in Autumn, and protein percentage was higher in Spring. 7. Effect of parity, except 1st parity record, had significant influence on all of investigated traits, and milk yield was significantly higher in 2nd~5th parity than over 6th parity. Fat percentage was the lowest in 2nd parity, SCS was the lowest in 2nd parity, and it tended to be higher as a parity increased. 8. Effects of lactation stage had significant influence on all of investigated traits, milk yield and lactose percentage was the highest in the first term of lactation, and SCS and SNF percentage was the highest in the middle term of lactation. 9. In this study, days in milk were included in analysis model as covariance to analyze to adjust variant days in milk of each object, and it was changed significantly in all traits, except lactose percentage, as days in milk were increased one by one. 10. For the phenotypical change by milking interval, milk yield tended to decrease repeatedly as SCS was increased, and it can be considered that SCS is a decisive cause of milk yield decrease. 11. For the phenotypical correlation of each trait investigated in this study, milk yield had negative correlation with fat percentage, protein percentage, SNF percentage, and SCS, and there was strong positive correlation between protein percentage and SNF percentage. 12. This study estimated lactation curve of each model by milking interval with using the actual average daily milk yield, and evaluated a parameter. As the result of test of goodness of fit, it presented that Wood model with higher decisive coefficient was appropriate. 14. In estimating a lactation curve of each model by milking interval, for the daily milk yield, it was advantageous to milk with interval of 11 hours by day_13 hours by night from the beginning of lactation to peak, with interval of 13 hours by day_11 hours by night from peak term of lactation to the middle term, and with interval of 11 hours by day_13 hours by night again in the end of lactation.
