측정 도구는 AUDIT-K(alcohol use disorders identification test in Korea), 가족지지, 자기효능감 척도이었고, SPSS version 16.0. 6. 임신 중 음주에 영향을 주는 결정적인 예측 변인은 연령(OR=2.67, p=.043), 총수입(OR=5.36, p=.018), 계획임신(OR=1.95, p=.006), 음주문제 가족력(OR=2.37, p=.043), 평소 문제음주 정도(OR=1.22, p〈.001), 가족지지(OR=0.94. p=.021)로 나타났다.

Prenatal alcohol exposure can cause growth deficiency, malformations, and neurobehavioral deficits of Offspring. Also excessive alcohol use during pregnancy is related to FASD and FAS major factors of Mental retardation. With the growth of working women recently, numbers of women drinking during pregnancy are increasing if they realize their pregnancies or not. The purpose of this study is to institute basic data for development of prenatal care program by checking alcohol use and experiences in women who are pregnant, analyzing influence factors. The design for this study is a cross-sectional descriptive correlation study. Samples are collected from 325 women including 166 pregnant women and 159 women who have ever experienced pregnancies. The data were collected during the period between September and October in 2010. These are based on 'self-reported' answers to the structured questionnaire. The instruments for this study were AUDIT-K, Family Support, Self-Efficacy. The collected data were analyzed by use of descriptive statistic, Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, Multiple logistic regression ; using the SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study were as follows:1. 163 women(50.2%) of 325 subjects used alcohol during their pregnancies,143 women(45.2%) of those surveyed didn't realize their pregnancies. Otherwise 54 women(16.6%) used alcohol, knowing their pregnancies.2. Age(p=.032), religion(p=.021) and income(p=.008) appear statistically significant demographic characteristics influencing alcohol use during pregnancy.3. Obstetric characteristics on influence of alcohol use during pregnancy are statistically significant to planned pregnancy(p=.009). 4. Smokng habits(p=.037), problem drinking without pregnancy(p〈.001), family history(p=.047), Family support(p=.002) and self-efficacy(p=.023) appear statistically significant characteristics influencing alcohol use during pregnancy.5. The analysis results of the risk factors on influence of alcohol use during pregnancy showed that age(OR=2.67, p=.043), income(OR=5.36, p=.018), planned pregnancy(OR=1.95, p=.006), problem drinking without pregnancy (OR=1.22, p〈.001), family history(OR=2.37, p=.043) and family support (OR=0.94, p=.021). In conclusion, this study showed that the risk factors on influence of alcohol use during pregnancy are significantly related to age, income, planned pregnancy, problem drinking without pregnancy, family history and family support. Alcohol use during pregnancy can occur at young age, low income, unplanned pregnancy and low family support exists, but where problem drinking and family history exists. Therefore, this study aims to institute nursing intervention for prevention of alcohol use during pregnancy in order to minimize side effects of induced abortions caused by worries about malformations and to help pregnant women for their safe childbirth by considering risk factors and recommending planned pregnancy.
