  • The AGS human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line (ATCC CRL-1739) wa옹 purchased from the American Type Culture Collection (ATCC, Rockville, MD, USA). The cells were cultured in DMEM (Whitaker, USA) supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated (55℃, 30 min) fetal bovine serum (FBS, Whitaker, USA), 2 mM L-glutamine (Sigma, USA), 100 U/mL penicillin and 100 mg/mL strptomycin (BioWhitaker, USA) at 37℃ in an atmosphere of 5% CO?.
