한국산 섬서구메뚜기속(Atractomorpha)의 분류학적 검토를 통해 섬서구메뚜기(Atractomorpha lata (Motschulsky, 1866))와 분홍날개섬서구메뚜기(신칭)(A. sinensis Bolivar, 1905) 두 종을 확인하였다. 이 중 분홍날개섬서구메뚜기는 한반도 남단의 섬 제주도와 가거도로부터 처음 보고되는 한국 미기록종이다. 두 종을 비교하여 동정할 수 있는 검색표, 기재, 사진 및 분포 정보를 제시하였다.
