제안 방법

91 소프트웨어를 이용하여 자료 처리 하였다. 신호의 표본추출률(sampling rate)은 1,024Hz로 설정하였고, 잡음을 최소화하기 위하여 여과 필터 60Hz, 대역 통과 필터 10~450Hz를 사용하였고, 수집된 신호는 실효치진폭(root mean square, RMS) 처리를 하였다. 표면 근전도 신호에 대한 피부저항을 감소시키기 위하여 부착부위의 털을 제거하고 가는 사포로 3~4회 문질러 피부각질층을 제거한 후, 소독용 알코올로 피부를 깨끗이 하였다.
손을 평행하게 앞으로 뻗었을 때 세 번째 손허리뼈(metacarpal head)의 끝을 측정하여 시작 점을 표시하였다. 실험 대상자가 측정도구와 수평으로 가능한 한 앞쪽으로 뻗치도록 지시하고 10초 동안 유지할 수 있는 지점에 표시하였다. 실험대상자들이 발을 움직일 때, 실험을 다시 시도하였다.

대상 데이터
연구 대상자의 참여기준은 다음과 같이 선정하였다. 10m 이상 독립적인 보행이 가능한자, 실험에 영향을 줄 수 있는 근골격계 질환이 없으며 영향을 주는 약물을 섭취하지 않은자, 신경학적 검사로 청각, 전정, 안구 손상이 없는 자, 편측 무시(unilateral spatial neglect) 증상이 없고 언어 이해능력에 장애가 없는자, 지시하는내용을 이해하고 따를 수 있는 자로 한국형간이정신 상태검사(mini-mental state examination-K, MMSE-K)에서 24점 이상으로 의사소통과 이해가 가능한자로 평가 시에 충분히 지시에 따라줄 수 있는 자를 대상으로 하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성은 다음과 같다(표 1).
본 연구는 2011년 12월부터 3개월간 M병원에 발병일 1년 이상 경과된 뇌졸증 환자 30명을 대상으로 하였으며 연구의 참여기준에 적합한 자로 본인 또는 보호자에게 본 연구의 내용과 목적을 충분히 설명하고 참여 동의서를 받은 후 진행하였다. 연구 대상자의 참여기준은 다음과 같이 선정하였다.

장딴지근의 근활성도가 크게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 향후 이런한 자료들이 뇌졸중 환자들의 균형치료에 관련한 연구에서 기초자료로서 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
대상자들 간의 차이는 있으나 연령으로 인한 균형능력에 저하가 관찰되어 본 연구와 비슷한 결과를 보인 것으로 생각되며, 뇌졸중 환자는 균형능력의 결손이 더 크기 때문에 보다 높은 상관관계를 보인 것으로 생각된다. 향후 본 연구를 바탕으로 발목관절 근력훈련이 안정성 한계의 증진, 기능적 평가와 보행에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구들이 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.
