Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of attribution disposition and self-efficacy on clinical practice competence of nursing students. Methods: A descriptive survey design was used. Participants were 214 nursing students who were collected using a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed by frequencies, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple stepwise regression via spss win 21.0. Results: The total mean score for attribution disposition was $3.73{\pm}0.46$, self-efficacy was $3.20{\pm}0.42$, and clinical competence was $3.44{\pm}0.47$. Clinical competence is significantly and positively correlated with attribution disposition (r=.179, p=009) and self-efficacy (r=.379, p<.001). In a multivariate approach, predictors included explained 33.5% of variance in clinical competence. Significant predictors of clinical competence were attribution disposition (${\beta}=.245$, p<.001), self-efficacy (${\beta}=.380$, p<.001), and satisfaction with the nursing (${\beta}=.246$, p<.001). Conclusion: Development of an effective intervention program is needed to improve nursing students clinical practice competence, attribution disposition and attribution disposition of nursing students.

대상 데이터

연구 목적을 이해하고 연구 대상자의 자발적 참여를 통해 본 연구 동의서에 서면 동의한 대상자에게만 자료를 수집하였다. 2014년 9월 1일부터 9월 30 일까지 총 220부의 설문지를 배부하여 218부가 회수되었고 이 중 응답이 부적절하거나 미완성된 4부를 제외한 214부(97.3%)를 최종 분석에 사용하였다.
본 연구는 M 시 소재 일개 대학 간호학과 재학생중 임상 실습을 경험한 학생을 대상으로 연구의 목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 연구 참여에 서면 동의한 220명을 편의 추출 하였다. 연구의 표본 수는 G*power 3.

데이터처리

· 귀인성향, 자기효능감 및 임상수행능력 간 상관관계는 Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient로 분석하였다.
· 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 귀인성향, 자기효능감 및 임상수행능력의 차이는 t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였으며, 사후검증은 Scheffe test로 분석하였다.
· 대상자의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 Multiple linear regression으로 분석하였다.

이론/모형

귀인성향은 Levenson (1981)이 개발하고 An (1987)이 번안한 도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 내적 성향 8 문항, 타인 성향 8 문항, 우연 성향 8 문항의총 24 문항으로 구성되어 있으며, 각 문항은 ‘전혀 그렇지 않다’ 1점에서 ‘매우 그렇다’ 6점의 Likert 6점 척도로 개발당시 내적 성향 신뢰도 Cronbach’s α는 .
임상수행능력은 Lee 등(1991)이 개발하고, Choi (2005)가 수정․보완한 임상수행능력 측정도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 임상수행능력은 간호과정 11문항, 간호기술 11문항, 교육/협력관계 8문항, 대인관계/의사소통 6문항, 전문직 발전 9문항의 총 45문항으로 구성되어 있다.
자기효능감은 Sherer와 Maddux (1982)가 개발한 자기효능감척도(Self Efficacy Scale, SES)를 Hong (1995)이 수정․보완한 도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 일반적 자기효능감 17문항과 사회적 효능감 6문항 총 23문항으로 구성되어 있으며 각 문항은 ‘전혀 그렇지 않다’ 1점에서 ‘매우 그렇다’ 5점의 Likert 5점 척도로 긍정적 진술 10문항과 부정적 진술 13문항으로 구성되어 있다.

성능/효과

임상수행능력은 남학생인 경우, 간호학에 적응을 잘하는 경우, 간호학에 만족하는 경우, 대인관계가 좋은 경우에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한, 임상수행능력은 귀인성향, 자기효능감과 정적 상관 관계를 보였으며 회귀분석 결과 임상수행능력에 영향 미치는 요인은 자기효능감, 귀인성향, 간호학 만족도로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 예측할수 있는 중요 변인으로 자기효능감과 귀인성향이 확인되었다.

이러한 연구결과는 간호학생들의 임상수행능력의 향상을 위해 귀인성향과 자기효능감 향상 프로그램을 개발하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대 학생의 임상수행능력의 예측변인으로 나타난 자기효능감과 귀인성향을 함양할 수 있는 교육프로그램 및 교수학습방법을 개발하고 적용한 후 효과 및 영향력을 검증하는 연구를 제언한다.

	간호대학생의 관찰 위주의 실습은 어떤 문제점을 야기시켰는가?	환자 안전과 권리에 대한 중요성이 강조되면서 간호 대학생은 임상실습 현장에서 관찰 위주의 실습을 하는 상황이다. 따라서 졸업 후 간호사로 일하면서 대상자의 간호에 대한 자신감이 부족하고, 실제 임상 현장에서 부딪히는 여러 상황에 효과적으로 대처하지 못하고 있다(Chaung, 2011; Pai, 2015). 이로 인해 간호현장 에서는 전문적 지식과 기술을 기반으로 임상 실무능력을 갖춘 전문 인력을 요구(Jang & Kwag, 2013)하고 있으며, 신규 간호사 채용 후 일정 기간 실무교육에 많은 시간과 노력을 들이고 있다.
