Objectives : The aim of this study is to propose the treatment of Peripheral Facial paralysis using Korean medical treatment methods as acupuncture, Phmacopuncture, medicine and etc.Methods : Papers were searched in internet sites such as Nation Digital Science Library, Koreanstudies Information Service System, Research Information Sharing Service and The National Assembly Library with title and abstract ʻBellʼs palsyʼ or ʻFacial paralysisʼ and ʻphamacopunctureʼ or ʻbee venomʼ orʻhominis placentaʼetc.Results : 18 papers using phamacopuncture were selected. Most of all is used Bee Vemon Phamcopuncure and all of them used Acupuncture and Medicine therapies. And Groups used Phamacopuncture such as ʻBee Venomʼ,ʻHominis Placentaʼ, ʻSoyeomʼ, ʻBUMʼ,ʻJungsongoulhyulʼetc are statistically improved compared to unused Groups.Conclusions : Acupuncture and Phamacopuncture are useful methods to improve the Peripheral Facial Paralysis, but further researchs are needed.

제안 방법

각 논문들에서 환자군, 침치료, 약침 치료, 약물치료, 기타치료 및 그 결과로 정리하여 비교하고, 약침술 사용과 관련된 사항을 알아보고자 하였다.
검색어로는 구안와사. 안면신경마비, 안면마비, Bell’s palsy, facial peripheral palaysis로 검색한후 Bee venom, 봉약침, 자하거약침, 약침을 이용하여 재 검색하였다. 검색 결과 안면신경마비의 한의학적 치료와 약침을 만족하는 논문 중 최근 10년 이내의 논문 18편을 선정할 수 있었다.
약침치료로 자생원외탕전에서 제작된 황련해독탕 약침을 1일1회 0.5㏄의 용량으로 환측 근위혈위에 각각 0.2㏄, 0.1㏄ 자입하였다.

대상 데이터

안면신경마비, 안면마비, Bell’s palsy, facial peripheral palaysis로 검색한후 Bee venom, 봉약침, 자하거약침, 약침을 이용하여 재 검색하였다. 검색 결과 안면신경마비의 한의학적 치료와 약침을 만족하는 논문 중 최근 10년 이내의 논문 18편을 선정할 수 있었다.
연구 대상은 국가과학기술정보센터 (http://scholar.ndsl.kr), 한국학술정보 (http://www.kstudy.com), 학술연구정보서비스 (http://www.riss.kr)를 이용하여 검색된 18편을 대상으로 하였다.
최근 10년간 발행된 안면신경마비 관련 국내 논문들 중 한의학 관련 잡지에 수록된 안면신경마비 치료에 관련된 논문을 대상으로 조사, 연구하였다.

성능/효과

그 결과 봉약침 치료군, 호침 치료군 모두 유의한 치료 효과를 보였으며, 치료 종결 후 봉약침 치료군이 다소 유의한 개선 효과를 보였다.
그 결과 소염약침 병행 치료군이 일반치료군에 비해 초기 이후통이 유의하게 감소하였으며, 이후통 지속기간이 유의하게 단축되었다, 그러나 치료 3주후 안면근마비 개선 정도는 일반치료군에 비해 유의성 있는 차이가 없었다.
그러나 약침술을 병행한 경우가 그렇지 않은 경우보다 유의한 개선 효과를 보여 안면신경마비에 약침술은 유의한 시술로 사료된다.
봉약침, 자하거, 소염약침, 매선요법 등의 치료법은 안면신경마비에 비슷한 유의한 개선 효과를 보인다.
안면신경마비의 개선에 약침술은 근위취혈이 효과적이며, 이후통이 동반되는 경우 그 부위 취혈은 이후 통 지속 기간 및 통증 개선 효과가 있다.
오공약침 치료군이 일반 치료군에 비해 초기 이후 통이 유의하게 감소, 오공약침 치료군이 대조군에 비해 이후통 지속기간이 유의하게 감소하였고, 치료 3주 후 안면마비 호전율은 오공약침 치료군이 일반 치료군에 비해 높았으나 유의성 있는 차이는 없었다.
황련해독탕약침, 중성어혈약침, 수화조절약침, BUM 약침, 소염약침 등 안면신경마비에 약침요법을 병행한 경우가 그렇지 않았을 때보다 나은 개선 효과를 보였으며, 안면신경마비에 동반되는 이후통의 경우 봉약침, 소염약침, 중성어혈약침, BUM, 오공약침 등의 예풍 또는 그 주위혈 자입이 통증의 조기 감소에 효과적이나 안면부의 회복에는 유의한 개선 효과를 보이지 않았다.
4㏄ 사용되었다. 황련해독탕약침, 중성어혈약침, 수화조절약침, BUM 약침, 소염약침 등 안면신경마비에 약침요법을 병행한 경우가 그렇지 않았을 때보다 나은 개선효과를 보였으며, 안면신경마비에 동반되는 이후통의 경우 봉약침, 소염약침, 중성어혈약침, BUM, 오공약 침 등의 翳風(TE17) 또는 그 주위 혈 자입이 통증의 조기 감소에 효과적이나 안면부의 회복에는 유의한 개선 효과를 보이지 않았다.

후속연구

그 용용 혈위로는 환부 주위혈 또는 아시혈이 주된 혈이며, 이후통이 있는경우 翳風(TE17), 完骨 (GB12) 등을 취한다. 그러나 약침술의 翳風(TE17), 完骨(GB12) 등 이후부의 단독 시술은 보다 많은 연구가 필요하다.
다양한 치료술이 병행되어, 어떠한 치료술이 보다 효과적인지에 대한 보다 많은 연구가 필요하다.
