전문직 신장 역량이란? | 간호사는 면허를 갖는 의료인으로 우리나라에서는 2012년부터 의료법 제25조에 의해 의료인 면허 신고를 의무화 하고 있고 매년 보수교육을 받아야 한다. 보건소 방문간호사는 병원간호사가 가져야 할 임상적인 지식과 기술뿐 아니라 보건학적인 지식과 방문간호 기술도 갖추어야 하므로 보수교육 이외에도 직무교육을 받아야 하고 전문직업성 유지를 위해 다양한 전문직 활동을 하면서 본인의 전문성을 강화하도록 노력해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위한 역량을 ‘전문직 신장 역량’이라 명명하였다. | |
보건간호사의 역량은 무엇인가? | 보건간호사의 역량은 한국간호교육평가원(2012)에서 제시한 간호사의 핵심역량 뿐 아니라 지역사회 정책개발과 프로그램 기획, 지역사회차원의 실무 수행, 재정 관리와 재정 기획 등(Canadian Public Health Association[CPHA], 2010; Lin, Hsu, Li, Mathers, & Huang, 2010; PHF, 2014; WHO Regional Office for South-East Asia[WHO SEARO], 2010) 지역사회/보건간호 영역의 업무수행 역량을 포함하여야 하므로 병원간호사의 역량에 비해 보다 포괄적이다. 보건소 방문간호사업은 2007년부터 맞춤형 방문건강관리사업으로 전국 단위로 실시하였으나 2013년부터는 통합건강증진사업에 포함하였으며, 서울시는 통합건강증진사업의 방문간호사업과 달리 2015년부터 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 어르신 방문간호사업을 하도록 하고 있다(Ministry of Health and Welfare & Korean Health Promotion Foundation[WOHW & KHPF], 2015; Seoul Metropolitan Government[SMG], 2015). |
