청소년의 스마트폰 중독 위험성은 무엇이 있는가? | 청소년의 스마트폰 중독에 대한 위험성은 청소년의 스마트폰 중독에 대한 연구를 통해서 확인할 수 있는데, 스마트폰 중독이 청소년의 우울, 불안, 충동성, 공격성, 분노폭발적 성향, ADHD 등과 같은 정신건강문제[4], 시력감퇴, 수면부족, 식욕부진, 체력부진 등과 같은 신체적 건강문제[8] 그리고 사회성 발달과 학교 부적응과 같은 사회적 문제를 일으키는 것으로 보고되었다[9]. 또한, 한국정보화진흥원의 조사를 통해서도 청소년의 스마트폰 중독은 그 어느 다른 연령층 보다 높은 비율을 차지하고 매년 급속도로 증가하고 있음을 감안할 때 청소년의 스마트폰 중독과 이로 인해 야기되는 문제의 심각성이 더 커질 수 있다고 볼 수 있어 청소년의 스마트폰 중독에 대한 사회적 관심과 노력이 절실히 요구된다고 하겠다. | |
스마트폰의 문제점은 무엇인가? | 현대인의 삶속에 상상하기 어려울 정도로 깊숙이 자리 잡고 있는 스마트폰은 휴대폰 기능 이외에 인터넷의 기능을 모두 가지고 있다는 점에서 휴대폰 중독이나 인터넷 중독과 같이 금단, 내성, 일상생활장애의 특성을 나타내고, 이외에 편리성 증대, 접근성 증대, 사용자 중심의 다양한 앱과 컨텐츠로 인한 앱 증독과 컨텐츠별 중독을 발생시킬 수 있다는 점에서 그 위험성이 더 크다[2]. |
