올바른 하중 분배 비율을 결정하기 위한 방법으로 기술된 사항은? | 올바른 하중 분배 비율을 결정하기 위한 방법으로 다음 몇 가지를 기술한다. 1) 하중 조건은 일정한 변형율 즉 동일 높이의 표면에 일정한 변위를 가해야 한다. 즉 오목한 종판의 모양을 제거하여 하중 조건에 따른 잘못을 남기지 말아야 한다. 만일 종판에 하중을 가한다면, 면적 비에 의해서 해면 골과 피질 쉘에 가해지는 하중이 결정되므로 엄밀한 의미의 하중 분담비가 아니라고 본다. 2) 엄밀히 말하면, 2개의 분절을 갖는 시험, 또는 그러한 유한 요소 해석은 추체 내 2종 골의 하중비가 아닌 것이 된다. 추체 만의 매개변수가 아닌 디스크의 상태와 분절의 곡률 등에 영향을 받게 된다. 따라서 하나의 추체를 시료로 시험하거나 그것을 유한요소 모델로 만든 후에 가능하다. 3) 밀도를 측정해서 강도(strength)와 강성(elastic modulus)을 예측하는 것은 옳다고 본다. 그러나 생체 내(in vivo) 안전성 진단을 위해서는 밀도 측정만으로는 부족하다. 뼈의 실제 강도와 강성을 계산하기 위해서는 본 논문의 식 (2), (5) 그리고 (17)을 적용해야 한다. 즉 피질 쉘와 해면 골간의 하중 분담 비율의 중요성이다. 따라서 일정 체적 내 공극 비율(porosity)의 측정이 병행 되어야 할 것이다. | |
