AI-Helper

This study was carried out to evaluate the physicochemical properties of steam exploded wood chips for peat moss substitute in vegetation media. Also, the mixtures at the different ratios of peat moss and pretreated wood chips (90 : 10, 70 : 30 and 50 : 50 (w/w), respectively) were evaluated by phys...

(Kim and Gong, 1999; Shin and Kim, 2006) 처리가 활용되고 있는데 완숙된 목재 퇴비를 만드는데 최소 3개월 이상의 기간이 요구되고(Hur et al., 2009) 탄화를 위해서는 400℃ 이상의 온도와 약 4시간 이상의 반응시간을 유지하기 위한 큰 에너지가 소모되는 단점이 있으며(Lee and Kim. 2001), 목재를 파쇄한 다음 우드칩 상태로 토양에 적용하기도 하는데(Shin and Kim, 2006) 우드칩 상태의 목재는 토양 내에서 발효되면서 질소 기아 현상을 일으키게 되어 식물 뿌리에 열상을 입힐 가능성이 있어 질소 시비가 요구된다(Koh et al., 2010).
(Ministry of Environment. 2003).
