본 연구에서 지지면에 따른 호흡운동 기법이 배근육에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과는 어떻게 되는가? | 본 연구는 건강한 20대 성인 31명(남자 11명, 여자 20명)을 대상으로 지지면에 따른 호흡운동 기법이 배근육에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 드로잉-인 기법 적용 시 안정 지지면과 불안정 지지면 모두에서 배속빗근과 배가로근의 평균값이 가장 높았고, 교각운동 적용 시 안정지지면과 불안정 지지면 모두에서 배바깥빗근의 평균값이 가장 높았지만 통계적 유의성은 보이지 않았다. 또한 지지면에 따라서는 각각의 호흡운동 방법에 따른 배근육의 두께는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. |
