우리나라의 양육시설이 아동복지 역사의 시작이라고 해도 과언이 아닌 이유는? 우리나라의 양육시설은 아동복지 역사의 시작이라고 해도 과언이 아니다. 전쟁 후 많은 요보호 아동의 발생으로 양육시설은 급격하게 증가하였다. 이후 시대적 흐름에 따라 아동양육시설은 변화를 요구받고 있다. 가장 큰 변화는 대규모의 집단 수용생활에 대한 비판으로 소규모 형태로의 전환이 이루어졌다. 이에 대규모 집단생활에서 발생하는 문제점과 생활환경이 개선되었다는 평가를 받고 있다. 양육시설에 입소하는 아동이 다양하게 변화되고 있는 점도 주목할 점이다.
CQR이란? 본 연구에서는 아동양육시설에 종사하고 있는 생활복지사들의 직무경험을 심층적으로 탐색하기 위해 질적연구 방법 중 하나인 CQR (Consensual Qualitative Research)방법을 활용하였다. CQR은 양적연구와 질적연구 방법 각각의 장점을 채택한 것으로 질적연구 분석과정에서 객관성 확보의 문제점을 보완할 수 있다. 합의 과정을 통해 사례를 종합하여 수치화할 수 있기 때문에 전체적인 패턴과 개인 사례에 대한 특수성을 파악하는 것이 가능하기 때문이다.
