PIC 유화방법이란 무엇인가? | 상전이 방법은 유화과정 중에 발산되는 화학적 에너지를 이용하는 방법으로 이는 계면활성제 막의 곡률이 음에서 양으로 또는 양에서 음으로의 변화를 의미한다. 이러한 변화는 일정 온도에서는 조성의 변화로 달성할 수 있으며 이러한 유화법을 조성 상전이 유화법(phase-inversion composition method, PIC)이라 칭한다[20].
