비만은 어떤 질환과 관련이 있는가? | 비만은 또한 대사증후군, 지질대사 이상, 심혈관 질환,당뇨병 및 당대사 이상, 퇴행성 관절염, 불임, 암 등의 질환과 관련되어 있고1) 체내 과도한 지방의 축적 및 혈중지질농도의 증가는 당뇨병, 고혈압, 심혈관 질환을 포함한 만성질병을 유발하게 되는 원인으로 알려져 있으며,특히 피하조직 이외의 부위에 축적된 복부비만은 당 및지질대사에 장애를 초래하는 인슐린 비의존형 당뇨병, 고혈압, 고지혈증 등의 대사성질환과 심혈관 질환의 발병률과 사망률을 증가시킨다는 보고가 있다5-8). | |
한의학적으로 비만의 치료법에는 어떤것이 있는가? | 한의학적으로 비만은 ����內經����에 “膕肉堅皮滿者肥”로 최초로 언급된 이래 肥, 肥人, 肥白人, 肌膚盛, 肥貴人, 肥胖으로 표현되어 왔으며9), 원인은 穀氣勝元氣, 脾胃俱旺, 脾胃俱虛, 脾困邪勝, 痰飮, 氣虛, 血實氣虛, 華食, 數食甘味와 膏粱厚味가 있다고 하였다. 비만의 변증은 다양하게 제시될 수 있으나 한국 한의학연구원에서 제시한 肝鬱,食積, 陽虛, 脾虛, 痰飮, 瘀血 등 6개 유형이 주로 연구되고 있으며10) 이러한 비만의 치료법에는 韓藥, 體鍼, 藥鍼,耳鍼, 附缸, 氣功療法, 節食療法, 埋線, 溫熱療法 등이 이용되고 있다11,12). |
