모유수유 실천에 영향을 미치는 요인에는 어떠한 것들이 제시되었나? | 5 모유수유가 아기와 산모에게 제공하는 여러 가지 장점에도 불구하고 우리나 라의 모유수유율이 좀처럼 증가하지 않는 이유를 알아보고 모유수유율을 향상시키기 위하여 모유수유를 결정하는 여성의 의사결정 과정에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아볼 필요성이 대두된다. 지금까지 보고된 선행연구6-8에서 모유수유 실천에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 제시된 것은 산모의 교육정도, 직장유무, 분만방법, 모유수유에 대한 의도 및 계획, 모유량, 산모의 모유수유에 대한 의지, 모유수유에 대한 가족과 친구의 지지, 그리고 모유수유에 대한 사회적 환경 등이 거론되었다. 모유수유는 지식이 아닌 행동이며, 많은 이로운 점이 있지만, 실천에 옮기는데 꽤 불편한 제약이 따르기 때문에 이들 어려움을 극복하고 실천할 있는 높은 수준의 행동의지가 필요하다. | |
