3D 프린팅 기술의 한계점은 무엇인가? | 3D 프린팅 기술의 장점은 첫째, 낮은 제품 제작 진입장벽으로 인한 프로토타입제작의용이성,둘째, 프로토타입 제작 비용의 감소 및 시간의 단축, 셋째, 개인 아이디어의 자유로운 실현 가능, 넷째, 재료 낭비의 최소화, 다섯째, 복잡한 형태의구현 가능으로 인한다 양한 제품의 제작 등을 들 수 있다. 반면 현재까지의 한계점은 첫째, 느린 작업 속도, 둘째, 치수정밀도 · 표면거칠기 등으로 인한 제한적인 품질, 셋째, 플라스틱, 금속,종이, 고무, 왁스, 나무 등 다양한 소재의 개발에도 불구하고 재료의 한정성, 넷째, 고가 장비를 제외하고는 조형 크기의 제한 등을 들 수 있다(Kim, 2014; Lee et al., 2014). |
