청소년의 과일과 채소 섭취 권장량은 얼마인가? 청소년의 경우 채소를 적절히 섭취하기 위해서는 1일 7∼8회, 1회 분량 70 g으로 했을 때 500∼550 g을 섭취하고, 과일은 1일 2∼4회, 1회 분량 100 g으로 했을 때 200∼400 g 섭취를 권장하고 있다(Ministryof Health and Welfare 2016). 그리고 국민건강증진종합계획 2020에서는 국민의 적절한 영양관리와 균형잡힌 식생활 실천을 유도하고 만성질환의 예방 및 적절한 관리를 도모하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 6세이상에서 과일과 채소를 1일 500 g 이상 섭취할 것을 권장하고 있다(Korea Health Promotion Institute2016).
