간호사에게 새로운 스트레스 원인으로는 무엇이 제시되는가? | 간호사는 환자와 가족을 대상으로 환자의 생명과 죽음의 과정에서 전문적인 간호를 제공하면서 많은 직업적인 스트레스에 노출된다. 뿐만 아니라 교대근무, 결혼 후의 양육문제, 강도 높은 업무, 간호사에 대한 사회적 인식부족, 수준 높은 간호서비스를 요구하는 사회분위기는 간호사에게 새로운 스트레스 원인을 작용하며[14], 개인의 건강을 해치는 것은 물론 조직의 생산성을 저하시키는 요인이 되기도 한다[15]. 특히, 간호사는 매사에 집중하고 기억해야 하는 직업적 업무 특성과 교대근무 때문에 피로도가 높으며, 피로도가 높을수록 직무스트레스가 높다는 보고가 있다[16]. |
