국내 표고버섯 수입, 수출량 현황은? | 2016년 국내 표고버섯의 생산량은 건표고가 약 1,036 톤, 생표고가 약 22,433 톤 으로 총 약 23,469 톤 이며(Korea Forest Service, 2017), 수출량은 약 175 톤, 그리고 수입량은 약 17,165 톤이었다(KATI, 2017). 특히 2003년 약 1,926 톤이었던 표고버 섯의 수입량은, 2016년 약 17,165 톤으로 약 9배 정도 증가했으며, 수출량은 2003년 약 374 톤에서 2016년 약 175 톤으로 감소하였다(KATI, 2017). 국내에서 표고버섯의 소비가 대폭 증가하였으며, 대부분 수입에 의존하는 것을 알 수 있다. |
