한의학적으로 AD의 원인은 무엇이며 어떻게 치료하는가? | AD는 한의학적으로는 奶癬, 胎熱, 胎癬, 濕疹, 濕瘡, 浸淫瘡, 四彎風 등에 해당하며, 胎中遺熱, 先天稟賦不耐하여 선천적으로 습열내온(濕熱內醞)한 상태에서 피부를 통한 풍습열사(風濕熱邪)의 침범으로 인해 발생한다. 따라서 원인을 風熱, 血熱, 濕熱溫燥, 脾胃 濕熱, 血虛風燥 등으로 보고 淸熱利濕, 祛風止癢, 滋陰養血하여 치료한다4). 생명현상은 ‘氣’의 반응이며, 인체의 정상생리대사에 영향을 미치는 자극인자인 氣의 변화에 의해 질병이 발생한다. | |
AD의 세계적인 유병률은 어떻게 되는가? | 흔히 어린이와 청소년기에 발생하며, 그 중 3분의 1은 성인기까지 AD로 고통받고 있다1). AD의 세계적인 유병률은 10~20%이며 최근 30년간 현저하게 증가하고 있다. 한국에서의 AD 유병률은 6세 미만의 소아는 약 10%, 성인은 약 3%로 추정된다. |
