간호대학생들의 건강신념과 표준주의에 대한 지식이 태도에 영향을 미치는 정도를 조사한 결과는? | 연구결과 건강신념의 하위요인 중 지각된 이익이 4.26으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 표준주의에 대한 지식은 정답률 78.9%이었고, 태도는 4점 척도에 평균 3.52점 이었다. 건강신념의 하위요인과 표준주의에 대한 지식과 태도의 상관관계는 지각된 민감성과 지각된 이익, 자기효능감, 표준주의에 대한 지식과 태도가 통계적으로 유의하게 정 (+)의 상관관계를 보였고, 지각된 장애는 표준주의 태도와 통계적으로 유의하게 부(-)의 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 건강신념과 표준주의 지식이 태도에 미치는 영향은 16.9%의 설명력을 보였고 지각된 민감성(β=.152, p<.05), 이 표준주의 태도에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 지각된 장애(β=-.125, p<.05) 는 표준주의에 대한 태도에 통계적으로 유의미한 부(-) 의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 지각된 민감성이 증가할수록, 지각된 장애가 감소할수록 표준주의에 대한 태도도 높아짐을 알 수 있다. |
