과량을 섭취하는 식이 습관이 신체에 미치는 영향은? | 특히, 식이 습관은 인체 장내 미생물 생태와 밀접한 연관이 있으며, 섭취된 음식물들의 대부분은 소화 과정을 거치면서 소장에서 흡수되어지나, 소장에서 흡수되지 못하는 식이섬유 및 복합 다당류는 대장 내에서 다양한 장내 미생물이 이용하여 에너지원으로 사용한다[16]. 또한 과량의 섭취된 지방은 장내 미생물 군집들을 변화시켜서 장내에서 발현이 되는 지방단백질분해효소(Lipoprotetein lipase)를 효소를 발현시키거나[17], 장내 미생물이 생산하는 지방산의 한 종류인 아세테이트(acetate)가 지방세포안의 지방 축적을 유도하여 비만을 유도하기도 한다고 연구되어져 있다[18]. |
