다양한 게들로부터 어떤 기능성 펩타이드들이 보고되어 왔는가? | 하지만 최근에 불루 또는 머드 게 등으로부터 기능성 펩타이드 생산 및 특성을 밝히는 연구가 진행되어 오고 있다. 머드게로부터 두 가지 종류의 항균활성 펩타이드의 분리 및 특성 연구가 발표되었다[10]. 스노우 게의 가수분해물에서는 항암효과가 있는 분자량 228, 241, 291, 536 Da 펩타이드가 발-표되었다[11]. 대서양에서 어획되는 바위게의 효소가수분해물에서 항균작용이 있는 펩타이드들이 분리 동정 되었는데 분자량은 200에서 750 Da이었다[12]. 아미노산들의 구성은 주로 lysine, leucine, arginine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid으로 이루어 졌다고 보고되었다[12]. 블루 게에서도 역시 분자량이 3.7 kDa인 항균 펩타이드의 분리 및 특성에 대한 연구가 발표되었다[13]. |
