유통채널 확장의 측면에서 추가 연구 필요성이 제기되는 이유는 무엇인가? | 1%로최근 파격적인 가격할인, 모바일 거래의 최적화, 큐레이션 차별화, 로켓배송 등을 강점으로 내세운 소셜 커머스 시장이 급성장하면서 새로운 동력으로 부상하고 있다[3].이와 같이 모바일 쇼핑이 중요한 유통채널로써 부각되고있으나 대다수 선행연구들은 PC를 활용한 구매상황에서의 소셜 커머스에 대해 주로 다루고 있기 때문에 유통채널 확장의 측면에서 추가 연구의 필요성이 제기된다. 최근 모바일 중심의 소셜 커머스에 대해 다룬 연구들도 일부 진행되고 있으나[4,5], 소셜 커머스의 특성, 동기, 만족, 그리고 재구매의도 간 관계에 대해 단선적으로만 다루고 있기 때문에 실제 모바일 소셜 커머스를 이용하는 사람들의 소셜 커머스 특성에 따른 구매행동 변화에 대해 체계적으로 나타내지 못하고 있다. |
