중국 하남성(河南省) 낙양시(洛陽市)에 거주하는 중년여성을 대상으로 주식(主食)으로 섭취하는 곡류군의 섭취수준에 따른 식품군의 섭취 양상 및 영양 소와의 관련성을 알아본 결과는? | 본 연구는 중국 하남성(河南省) 낙양시(洛陽市)에 거주하는 중년여성을 대상으로 주식(主食)으로 섭취하는 곡류군을 섭취수준에 따라 식품군의 섭취 양상 및 영양 소와의 관련성을 알아보고자 설계되었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 중국 중년여성들의 식행동 경향을 보면, 곡류군 섭취수준이 6단위 미만, 6~9단위, 9.1단위 이상으로 증가 할수록 아침 결식률은 낮아지는 경향이었고, 야식과 외식 빈도수도 감소하는 경향이었다. 식품섭취 밀도에서 확인한 결과는 곡류군 섭취수준이 6~9단위일 때 에너지 1,000 kcal당 서류, 육류, 콩류, 채소류 섭취량이 증가되었 고. 영양소섭취 밀도에서는 곡류군 섭취수준이 6~9단위일 때 1,000kcal당 지방 섭취량이 감소하는 경향을 확인 하였다. 또한 곡류군 섭취수준이 6~9단위일 때 다량영양소 에너지섭취량이 탄수화물 59.8%, 단백질 14.0%, 지방 26.2%로 가장 적절한 비율이었다. 하지만, 본 연구는 일개 중국 낙양시(洛陽市) 중년여성들을 대상으로 이루어 졌으므로, 연구 결과를 일반화하기에는 한계가 있음을 제한점으로 밝힌다. |
