직무만족이란? | 직무만족은 각 개인이 자신의 직무와 관련하여 경험 하게 되는 모든 감정의 균형 상태에서 기인되는 일련의 태도이며, 직무로부터 얻어지거나 경험되는 욕구충족의 정도로서 이는 각 개인의 가치체계에 따라 상이한 상태를 나타낸다고 할 수 있다(Buyn, 2009). 특히, 중환자실 간호사는 타부서 간호사보다 더 많은 책임감과 독립심이 요구되며 환자 상태에서 요구되는 의사결정과 같은 스트레스원에 지속적으로 노출됨으로써 좌절감을 경험하며 직무에 대한 불만족과 업무수행능력의 저하로 환자간호에 영향을 미치게 된다(Lewis & Robin, 1992). |
