뇌졸중 환자의 보행의 장애를 개선하기 위해 사용되는 과제지향적 접근법이란 무엇인가? | 임상에서는 뇌졸중 환자의 근력, 몸통의 조절, 균형과 보행의 증진을 위하여 보바스치료와 고유수용성신경근촉진법(PNF)과 같은 중추신경계발달재활치료(Cho 등,2017; Choi와 Jung, 2017; Graham 등, 2009; Ji 등, 2013),과제지향적 접근법(Jung과 Woon, 2014; Lee와 Jo, 2016;Kang과 Kim, 2019; Rensink 등, 2009; Seo와 Kim, 2013;Song 등, 2010), 트레드밀(Lee 등, 2017), 생체되먹임조절(Jung, 2017) 등의 치료가 사용된다. 과제지향적접근법은 운동학습을 기초로 다양한 감각 자극과 기능적 활동을 효과적으로 제시하고 일상생활동작에서 수행력을 증진시키기 위한 효율적인 치료방법이다(Flinn, 1995). 과제지향훈련은 운동행동의 시스템 모델, 운동발달 시스템 관점, 그리고 운동학습에 근거하고 있고, 흥미로운 과제를 구성하여 환자에게 동기를 부여하며, 반복적으로 훈련을 수행하는 임상 치료 접근법 중에 하나로 과제지향훈련은 치료사 중심접근이 아닌 환자중심접근을 시도하며 의미 있는 과제를 중요한 요소로 선택한다(Rensink 등,2009). |
