This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the depression and social anxiety of nursing students on happiness. The study subjects were 316 nursing students, and data were collected from October to November 2018. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The study showed that happiness and depression had negative effects on social anxiety, and depression and social anxiety had negative effects on happiness. Based on these results, it is necessary to prepare measures to reduce the depression and social anxiety experienced by nursing students in order to promote the happiness of nursing students. In the future, exploratory research should be continued considering the factors affecting the happiness of nursing college students in consideration of various factors and environments.

제안 방법

셋째, 대상자의 우울, 사회불안, 행복간의 상관관계를 확인한다.

대상 데이터

95, 예측변수 2개로 하였을 때 107명이 산출되었다. 모든 분석방법을 만족하고 탈락률을 고려하여 330부를 배부하여 324부를 회수하였으나 응답이 불성실한 8부를 제외하고 최종 316부를 분석하였다.
본 연구 대상자는 C도 D시의 일개 대학의 간호학과 재학생이며 우울이나 사회불안 등의 증상으로 치료를 받고 있는 자는 제외하였다. 대상자의 표본 수는 G*Power 3.

데이터처리

대 상자의 일반적 특성, 주요변수(우울,사회불안, 행복)의 정 도는 기술통계, 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 주요변수의 차이는 independent t-test, one way ANOVA, 사후 검정은 Scheffe test, 주요변수간의 상관관계는 Pearson’s correlation coefficient, 행복의 영향 요인은 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다.
연구대상자의 행복에 미치는 관련요인을 규명하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 회귀모형은 유의하여(F=75.

이론/모형

사회불안은 Watson과 Friend (1969)[26]이 개발하고 Lee와 Choi (1997)[27]가 번안 · 타당화한 한국판 사회적 회피 및 불안 척도를 사용하였다.
우울은 Spitzer, Kroenke 과 Williams (1999)[24] 이 개발하고 Park, Choi, Choi, Kim과 Hong (2010)[25]이 번안· 타당화한 한국어판 우울 선별도구 (Patient Health Questionnaire-9, PHQ-9)를 사용하였다.
행복은 Hills와 Argyle (2002)[22]이 개발하고 Choi 와 Lee (2004)[23]가 번안한 옥스퍼드 행복 설문지(The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire)를 사용하였다. 이 도구는 총 29문항으로 ‘전혀 그렇지 않다’(1점)에서 ‘매우 그렇다’(5점)까지의 Likert 5점 척도로 점수가 높을수록 행복 정도가 높음을 의미한다.

성능/효과

대인관계만족도는 사회적 관계를 통해 얻게 되는 행복의 중요한 영 역으로 친구, 선후배, 대학 내 교수 혹은 다양한 봉사활동을 통해 사회적 관계를 넓혀갈 수 있는 다양한 영역의 기 회 제공이 필요하다[20]. 본 연구의 차이검정을 통해서는 연구대상자의 전공만족도, 대학생활적응도, 학업성취도, 대인관계만족도가 향상될 시 우울과 사회불안도가 감소되고, 행복의 수준이 증가할 수 있음을 유추 할 수 있다. 그동안 선행연구에서 남학생이 여학생보다 스트레스에 대한 민감성이 낮아 행복 점수가 높다고 보고되었으나[1, 2, 3, 7] 본 연구에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다.
본 연구의 행복과 우울(r=-.50, p<.001), 회피행동 (r=-.33, p<.001), 불편감(r=-.32 p<.001), 사회불안 (r=-.34, p<.001은 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다.
본 연구의 회귀모형은 유의하여(F=75.92, p<.001) 다중회귀분석을 위한 가정을 충족하였다.
분석결과는 우울(β=-.42, p<.001), 사회불안(β=-.28, p<.001) 순으로 행복에 부적 영향으로 나타났으며 설명력은 32%였다(Table 3).

본 연구는 일부 지역의 간호대학생을 대상으로 하였다는 점과, 정서적인 주요변수를 자기보고식으로만 측정하였기에 본 연구결과를 일반화하는데 신중을 기해야 한다. 하지만 본 연구는 간호대학생의 우울, 사회불안, 행복의 수준 파악과 행복 영향요인과 관련하여 가치 있는 정보를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다.
본 연구는 제한점을 보완하기 위한 제언은 간호대학생의 행복 영향요인을 보다 다양한 요인과 환경을 고려한 탐색적 연구가 계속적으로 되어야 할 것이다
