The purpose of this study is to identify the impacts of brand satisfaction and store satisfaction on customer loyalty and find the factors of brand satisfaction and store satisfaction by types of eco-friendly agricultural products. The research results showed as follows: First, brand satisfaction by five types of product except lucrative corps were related to customer loyalty. Second, store satisfaction by four types of product except potatoes and lucrative corps were related to customer loyalty. Even though customer loyalty was affected by both brand satisfaction and store satisfaction, coefficients by types of product were difference. Therefore, marketers of distribution stores that selling eco-friendly agricultural have to strengthen customer loyalty to their customer by enhance brand awareness and bring store satisfaction to them by improve store circumstance and customization that receiving the product or service in a manner tailored to an individual customer's circumstance.
