Experiment was conducted to set up water monitoring equipment in effluent ditch(B-12) of Suyoung Sewerage Treatment Plant operated by Busan Environmental Corporation which can measure Temp., pH, Cond., COD, T-N, T-P and SS from Sep. 2006. It can measure discharged water quality. Measured data was transmitted to center control room in Busan Environmental Corporation by control logger using CDMA. In order to provide TMS(Tele-Monitoring System) construction business with basic data, we collected the data from TMS, analyzed it with Standard method and drew out the relative accuracy. An experiment was conducted to construct water quality TMS. The results are following as; First, as we analyze data to T-N and T-P monitoring system from May 1, 2006 to Sep. 11, T-N is 15.00 ~ 20.00mg/L, 1.00 ~ 2.00mg/L in T-P on average. Second, as we analyze water quality 14 times and study relations to experiments r2 in T-N is 0.87, 0.88 in T-P, which can be explained as good. Finally, we made a relative accuracy experiment 6 times in T-N, 7 times in T-P. When we found our relative accuracy by main experiment method, T-N was 17.93% on average, which satisfies below 20%, T-P was 18.72% on average, which also contents below 20%.
