This study researches and analyzes physical strength of workers by age and fatness (BIM) aimed at developing physical strength diagnosis and health promotion exercise programs, processes the collected data using SPSS10.0 statistical program and obtains the following results. 1. In comparison of workers by sex and BMI, male workers having BMI less than 18% are 170, those of 18-22.9% are 117, those 23-28.9% are 112 and those of over 29% are 25. Female workers having BMI over 29% are 60, those of 23-28.9% are 34, those of 18~22.9% are 6 and those of less than 18% are none. 2. In comparison of physical strength factors of male groups by age, those under 19 showed higher physical strength in muscular endurance, power, agility, reaction of the whole body, equilibrium, flexibility and heart and lung endurance and group between 20 and 29 showed higher strength only in muscular strength. Post-test among groups have a significant correlation in all physical strength factors (p<.05). 3. In comparison of physical strength factors of female groups by age, those under 19 showed higher physical strength in muscular strength, muscular endurance, power, agility, reaction of the whole body, and flexibility and group between 20 and 29 showed higher strength in equilibrium and heart and lung endurance. Post-test among groups have a significant correlation in all physical strength factors except muscular strength and flexibility (p<.05). 4. In comparison of physical strength factors of male groups by fatness (BMI), those under 18% of fatness showed higher physical strength in all factors including muscular strength, muscular endurance, power, agility, reaction of the whole body, equilibrium, flexibility and heart and lung endurance. Post-test among groups have a significant correlation in all physical strength factors (p<.05).
