The fungicide composition according to claim 1, wherein the azole-based compound is imazalil, oxpoconazole fumarate, pefurazoate, prochloraz, triflumizole, azaconazole, bromuconazole, bitertanol, cyproconazole, diclobutrazol, difenoconazole, diniconazole, epoxiconazole, etaconazole, fenbuconazole, fluquinconazole, flusilazole, flutriafol, furconazole, hexaconazole, imibenconazole, ipconazole, metconazole, myclobutanil, penconazole, propiconazole, prothioconazole, quinconazole, simeconazole, tebuconazole, tetraconazole, triadimefon, triadimenol, or triticonazole. 3. The fungicide composition according to claim 1, wherein the azole-based compound is tebuconazole or difenoconazole. 4. The fungicide composition according to claim 1, wherein the mixing weight ratio of (a) valifenalate or the salt thereof to (b) the fungicide is from 1:10,000 to 10,000:1. 5. A method for controlling a plant disease, which comprises applying a fungicide composition containing, as active ingredients, (a) valifenalate or a salt thereof and (b) at least one fungicide selected from the group consisting of isofetamid, pyriofenone, and azole-based compounds to a plant or soil. 6. The method for controlling a plant disease according to claim 5, wherein the azole-based compound is imazalil, oxpoconazole fumarate, pefurazoate, prochloraz, triflumizole, azaconazole, bromuconazole, bitertanol, cyproconazole, diclobutrazol, difenoconazole, diniconazole, epoxiconazole, etaconazole, fenbuconazole, fluquinconazole, flusilazole, flutriafol, furconazole, hexaconazole, imibenconazole, ipconazole, metconazole, myclobutanil, penconazole, propiconazole, prothioconazole, quinconazole, simeconazole, tebuconazole, tetraconazole, triadimefon, triadimenol, or triticonazole. 7. The method for controlling a plant disease according to claim 5, wherein the azole-based compound is tebuconazole or difenoconazole.
