Towelette dispenser and vapor impervious pouch containing a roll or web of absorbent material, such as nonwoven fibrous towelettes pre-moistened with a chemical-containing aqueous or other fluid solution. The pouch is sealed before use to prevent the loss of moisture from the pre-moistened towelette roll and is opened at the point of, and at the time of, first use. A double lid is adapted to provide moisture seal between usages of the pre-moistened towelette, while reducing dehydration of the opened towelette pouch within the dispenser. Feed slit adaptat...
