A three-piece tote bag and method of construction is described. The bag includes two end panels which are assembled to a body panel with zippers. The periphery of the end panels are provided with zipper halves which engage cooperating zipper halves along the side edges of the body panel to form the bag. Each of the three panels are produced in a flat condition and contain stiffening means and insulative material between outer cover and inner liner sheets.
